This was a limited edition collaboration between Coleco and the March of Dimes to raise awareness about premature babies. Jay Cornelius is a bald, green eyed cutie is wearing a baby blue romper with a sailboat on it. The box and doll are in prestine condition, and he was made at an SS factory. He has no pox, or stickiness (on his face or shoes). The box has some minor stain marks, but no rips or tears in the box or cellophane. The cellophane is not detaching from the box.
