Wisenet WAVE comes pre-installed and the box already includes four professional licenses, so you can power it on, connect your cameras, and begin recording without a lengthy software setup.

This model provides a total of 48TB of raw capacity. When configured at the factory in RAID 5, you have about 36TB of usable space, which is enough to hold weeks or even months of high-definition footage depending on your retention goals. A hardware RAID controller with 512MB of cache keeps data moving smoothly, and the system can sustain up to 470 Mbps of recording throughput, so it can handle dozens of concurrent streams without dropped frames.

An Intel Xeon E2356G processor teams up with 16GB of RAM to run the WAVE software, database, and Windows IoT operating system without lag. For added resilience, the operating system lives on two 480GB solid-state drives in RAID 1. If one drive fails, the server keeps running and your recordings remain accessible.

Installation and daily use are straightforward. Two 1GbE network ports connect to camera networks and client workstations, while HDMI and VGA outputs allow direct hookup to a local monitor for on-site viewing or maintenance. Redundant 450 W power supplies guard against downtime, and the package includes a keyboard, mouse, and rail kit, so everything needed for a standard rack cabinet is in the carton.
