Little Wonder Books Series - Set of 19 Books

Vintage paperback circa 1950's Educational books.
First published 1930’s to 1940’s, with many being revised/reprinted in the early 1950’s. Published by the Charles E. Merrill Company each page has a black and white photo and different levels of reader text (some full-page photographs). Each small paperback has a red cover with a black and white illustration that is repeated on the rear cover, with each spine and corner having some amount of edgewear. Except for one issue (Seeds) the internal stapled bindings are tight and all pages are firmly attached but the staples do show age and discoloration. Some age tanning throughout especially to the interior covers. Some stains, smudges and foxing. Each book has 32 pages. Dimensions: H – 8-1/4” W – 5-1/42” All photos are of the actual books with most large blemishes visible and the individual book is a representative example.
