Comes with zippered hard-sided carrying case, counter caddy & owners manual. I purchased the whole set a couple years ago but to be honest, it terrifies me so I never even tried it. I was one of those kids who had to hold my nose when I jumped in a pool. I've had near-drowning experiences rinsing the shampoo out of my hair. I have terrible allergies and want to try it SO bad but I can't and I don't want it taunting me from the linen closet anymore. It belongs with a brave, experienced neti pot user. NO pods!
