This is a Patagonia MARS PCU Level 3A Multicam Jacket.
Developed by Patagonia, the MARS (Military Advanced Regulator System) is based on the PCU (Protective Combat Uniform) that was adopted for the U.S. military special forces.
The shell is made of nylon, and the insulation is made from a special polyester material known as Polartec Alpha, specifically designed for special forces.
The size is M/REGULAR.
There is a missing front zipper and some fraying at the hem.
Due to its Multicam pattern, dirt and stains are not very noticeable, so you can wear it without worry.
This is an amateur measurement, but the dimensions are as follows:
Length: 74 cm, Width: 58 cm, Shoulder Width: 50 cm, Sleeve Length: approximately 70 cm.
