"About this item
I have no words for this incredible awesomeness. The lamp is matte ceramic, with 6 long cut out ovals, revealing a textile covered cylinder that has a night light in it. The ceramic lamp body has small rectangular shapes pressed into it, and has a finish like old world pottery that has been left to age. Around the cutouts is a dull gold, and there are streaks or browns, greens, golden yellow. It kind of makes me think of an urn found by archeologists. It is freaking awesome!! The cloth covered cylinder is shades of brown, tan and black, and it looks orangish with the bottom light on. (the light is at the bottom, so it is brighter there)
The lamp bows out in the center, and the sides are not completely vertical. The socket switch goes from bottom light only, both lights, top light only. It is 23 inches tall and 7 inches diameter at the bottom. I replaced the socket and the cord. I had to remove the original bottom felt, and it did not survive.
