Retro Pokemon binder from 1999 full of cards from the base set and the Team Rocket set. There are 450 cards in this binder. I'm unable to picture them all here with the photo limit. I would say 90% of the cards are lightly played to near mint, very clean cards. 9% are moderately played and there may be 2 - 3 cards that would be considered damaged. This binder does have tape keeping the spine sturdy enough to be used, but for a 25 year old binder it is in good shape and can be opened and closed no problem, but it is not without imperfections.
